My husband and I were in Kingsville for a wedding (we’d flown in from New Zealand) and we were blown away by the delicious cuisine we found at El Dorado. We had such a fantastic night here with the bride and groom to be in a wonderful atmosphere enjoying fabulous food. During our month travelling the USA this was our favourite place we ate. We’ll definitely be coming back
My family and I stopped here on our way home to Illinois. The service and food was incredible. All the employees are kind and they are very good at their jobs. Even the owner of the restaurant stopped by our table and held a wonderful conversation with us. You can tell when someone loves what they do, and this was very evident at El Dorado!

El Dorado is my favorite Mexican Food restaurant in Kingsville! The Al Pastor Chimichanga is amazing! I love the chips, salsa and queso while you wait. The service is excellent. Kind servers and very fast. Also try the habanero sauce! Great setting. Easy parking. Carne asada chimichanga is also awesome. I come here at least once a week. Reminds me of home in San Diego, California- but bigger and more cheese! Love it! Texas style. 10/10

A very wonderful place for breakfast! The smiling, friendly service was gentle on a headache. Rosa was a good waitress and very friendly and warm. I had huevos rancheros, it hit the spot.
We had been here several years ago when we had visited Kingsville Ranch, and knew it was worth the hour 15 minute drive. When we arrived we were greeted by Silvia, our server, and offered the seating of our choice. Miguel the owner stopped by to say hello and welcome. The chips were warm, crisp and delicious and the salsa was fabulous and not too spicy for this Minnesotan. Three of us ordered the shrimp cocktail which are large and sooo delicious. I ordered tortilla soup and my husband kept digging into it. He knew he shouldn't say it was better than any soup I made, but he came close. Silvia was friendly, personable and attentive. Miquel stopped by before we left to make sure we were satisfied. I wish we had all been more hungry. Although I have leftover soup for lunch tomorrow. YUM! Great food and staff. We highly recommend.
If I could give 10 I would. This is our second time here and both times hospitality was great service great and food excellent. Management came up to us see how we’re doing. It’s been awhile since we eat at a restaurant and management walks around to check on us. I highly recommend this restaurant. Food was perfect . Thank you for great service!
